Because Ashley Jameson Loves Amateur Musicians

Today I worked hard.  I read about a doctor in the 19th century sticking cadaver fingers in a fellow doctor’s lab coat.  And then how a doctor forced his med student to tie an old Irish man down to a bed to test out experimental anesthesia drugs and the man yelled out “Dr.you put me in bodily fear!”  But the best part was the poor Irish woman getting a free hysterectomy in a classroom where the student performing it described “the pig getting spayed” and how her insides felt like a “soapy gourd.”  These are the kind of tidbits that make this thesis student happy.  Normal people are thinking….gross…omg..and double gross/omg.  But I’m thinking thesis gold!  Yes!  More details!  Thank you Lord for the pig getting spayed part….I never expected that.   But as my brain started burning (it really does that if you use it too much.  It isn’t a headache just a slow burn that starts in the thinking section and moves forward to your eyes) I decided to take a break.

And what better way to cheer yourself up after writing some offensive medical history than to play a song about the Holocaust.  This is for you Ashley Jameson.  In case you don’t know, Ashley Jameson finds nothing sexier than youtube videos of people covering songs.  Her heart melts and she dances with glee around her apartment with Mr. Fitzgerald.  If you know her, you should send her as many amateur musician videos as you can.  That is how to become her true friend/lover (sorry Patrick).

So here are the two versus I managed to muddle my way through

I had to stop 1) Because I haven’t really learned the bridge and 2) Because some neurotic little puff of fur was having a nervous breakdown.  I’m not sure if it was because of the turtle doves outside taunting him or my playing.  Either way, he started breaking things and either singing/cussing along with me.  Then I ignored him, so he came over and laid on the keyboard.

I think my noisiness ruined his bird ambush.  But I can’t stay mad at those blue eyes.  I’m going to keep practicing this song every time i get brain burn.  So expect it to get better.  If it gets worse, someone come check on me.
